National Academy. His instruction Included the review of the latest techniques taught at the academy. Forest Supervisor Andrew MrCun-kl- e pointed cut that under tlie authority of the Secretary of Agriculture, the Forest Service Is responsible for enforcing Federal laws and regulations on National Foreht land. To meet this responstt'lltty, Congress has given Forest Officers tlie authority to function as Federal officers.
