Show District Court cases to date Delinquent Notice Dry Gulch Irrigation Company Uintah Basin Standard Thura., June 2, 1966 Only four criminal cases have been filed so far this year in the District Court at Duchesne. The last case filed was March 18, charging Curtis Walker with issuing a fraudulent check. It was dismissed May 23, due to insufficient evidence. Darrel Zane Selby, charged with second degree burglary of the Burger Pit at Roosevelt, was sentenced this month to sentence in a one to five-ye- ar the Utah State Prison.
