Show THE CITIZEN 6 CHARITY BALL THE BIGGEST social event of the season will be held next Thursday at the Hotel Utah. It is the annual charity ball held under the auspices of St. Marks Hospital Charity Association, and which will be attended by Salt Lakes Four Hundred. This ball is a social gala event of the year and people look forward to it just as they do for any of the big holidays to come. The numerous committees are making preparations for the most brilliant event in its history. The officers of the association are Mrs. A E. Kimball, president; Mrs. F. A. Pyke, Mrs. E. O. Howard, Mrs. J. E. Galigher, Mrs. W. W. Fleetwood, and Mrs. F. A. Goeltz, vice presidents; Mrs. Walter H. Trask, Jr., secretary; Mrs. M. A. Keyser, treasurer. All the officers are on the executive committee and also Mrs. George D. Keyser, Mrs. F. S. Bascome, Mrs. R. R. Hampton, Mrs. J. A; Hogle and Mrs. R. S. Allison. leine, Monsignor D. G. Hunt, V.G., officiating. The couple have left for Idaho Falls, where they will make their home. The Ladies Literary Dancing Club will entertain tonight at a dancing party at the club house on East South Temple. Hosts and hostesses for the affair include Mr. and Mrs. Shirley P. To each 3 cups of the meat allow one and a half cups of chopped celery and tops, one medium sized onion chopped, three-fourtcup of hs brown gravy or broth, three tableteaspoon spoons of butter, of curry, 3 dashes of tabasco, and salt to taste. Brown the celery and onion in the butter. Add the meat, gravy, and seasonings. Stir until w$ll mixed and hot. If too dry, add one-ha- lf cup of boiling water.
