Show THE CITIZEN ing a flirt. Many a girl would have given up all hope, but not Marion. She just had to have the man she loved and you ought to see how cleverly, yet fairly, she wins the coveted prize. Andy Gump makes a hit with the kiddies. Arnold Bailey and Nelson Valjean present radiology in all its phases. They get stations all over the world, in their mind, and inject a lot of comedy in a new stunt via the sound waves. Madeline, in the prima donna class, sings beautifully and she is greatly appreciated. She is a real song bird and she charms her audience with her rich soprano voice. The Mason Dixon Dancers present the feature vaudeville act in a series of feature dances, solo, duets and ensemble. Dancing in all its variations is presented with grace and ease by vaudevilles best artistes. There is also some singing which is pleasing. Britt Wood in the role of The Boob and His Harmonica, makes his usual hit in playing his mouth organ and telling funny jokes. Hanlon Brothers in The Hotel Imof possible vividly present hotel life , CROWDS SUPPORT FEATURE BILL AT THE PANTAGES MARION DAVIES in the feature picture, The Cardboard Lover and with Andy Gump in the comics, all supported by feature vaudeville acts, are drawing large crowds to the Pan-tagtheatre this week. CHOCOLATE SOLDIER Tonight marks the last performance of the Chocolate Soldier at the Water theatre in Nibley park by the community opera singers, under auspices of the city recreation depart ment of which Miss Charlotte Stewart is supervisor. Salt Lakers who have witnessed the performance cannot help but go away with a feeling of pride in the remarkable talent displayed by the young people of the city. Again we reiterate that with the talent we have here light opera companies could be organized to tour the western country. A movement of this kind would give our young people an opportunity to be recognized in the calling they have chosen, would help materially to develop their talents, and also give them the necessary remuneration they need to go ahead in their work. Hew to the waistline, let the hips fall where they will.
