His sudden death cast a gloom over the people here who knew him and they greatly mourn his loss. Thus another American has been added to the Hall of Fame, and Lindbergh will go down in history as the real pacemaer in trans- ocean aerial navigation. Colonel Lindbergh has been feted and entertained by kings, queens and the courts of Europe, and no man in the history of the world has been so royally received, either at home or abroad. Joseph H. Patrick, business man, and highly esteemed citizen of this city, has departed this life, although still a young man.
