There is a love playlet carried out In which the small boy, as usual, upsets many plans of the lovers. Eileen and Marjorie are two athletic girl sisters who present something new in tumbling. Marjorie is the only girl in the world that performs a head flip without the use of hands, a very hazardous feat to perform. She is a short "chubby" girl with dimples on ;her knees, but we did not notice the color of her hair and eyes. Jimmy Reynolds is some commediin and he has a line of original stuff which keeps the audience in laughter. He does a little singing and some dancing. Mack and Stanton, a comedy act In which a policeman jailer and a "bum" pull a bowery chattering act that is worth while and they make a big hit. Heras and Wallace are two clown gymnasts, assisted by. Mack and Stanton, who present comedy tumbling in a pleasing way. V. Clogston of the Wilkes theatre, where she had endeared herself to patrons of the theatre and where she was held in high esteem by all members of the company and everyone connected with the theatre. Beautiful and talented she made a name for herself on the stage and was wanted for leading lady by several of the largest stock companies of the country. Last week she was overjoyed upon receiving good news but said that she could not tell until Monday, September 13th, and again "13" is charged as a day of bad omen. She never lived to tell her story. She was in Arizona driving to her home at Winstow and in the car with her were her mother and Mrs. Tom Ingledew. Ahead of their machine was Mr. Shipley, her father, and Tug Wilson, who rescued Mrs. Shipley and Mrs. Ingledew, but who were unable to get Norma out of the car before death overtiok her. Besides her fa ther and mother, a younger sister survive her. Ray Clifford, who also played in the Wilke's company during the time of Norma Deane, took up a collection from the Wilke's staff and wired a pil two years she had been low of American Beauty roses for the funeral decoration. It is sad indeed to see this beautiful girl taken at a time when she was to receive her reward on the stage and when happiness, honor and wealth would have given her a life of bliss, and a joy to her friends. The portrait was taken by Ida Wilcox just before Norma left here for Canada.
