This Association selected Lagoon for its outing because of the feautiful floral and green surroundings. On Tuesday there will be the Security Benefit and the McDonald candy shop employes, as well as the regular fox trot tournament. McDonald will give away 500 boxes of candy and here is a chance for some fellow to secure a box of candy for his girl, without putting up the usual price. The Bricklayers Union will hold forth on Tuesday and the boys are working up a good program for the day. You may see the champion bricklayer of the world there. At any rate they have as much right to claim the championship in their respective line as the wrestlers have on the mat. On Thursday, the Baptist Church of Ogden will meet at Lagoon for a real good time and a special program will be given as entertainment Next Saturday will be the big Utah Day, July 24, for which day Manager Christensen has made special arrangements for amusements, dancing, fireworks, etc., commensurate with the proper celebration of the day. In this troupe we 'find Cleopatra, Mark Antony, Cinderella and Joan of Arc, in a lovers act .and thinking of the possibilities in a thousand years from now. Cleopatra is a dream with grace and beauty eminating from every part of her body which is artistically displayed by wearing an abbreviated royal dancing garb. Special stage settings for the historical characters, the beautiful costumes and fine acting are greatly appreciated by the audience. Nat Nazzaro with his two Negro boys, Buck and Bubbles, put on a whirlwind of a dancing act. Buck certainly knows something about the Charleston dance, while Bubbles is a past master on the piano and plays any selection requested by the audience. Nazzaro keeps things humming with jokes and chatter, and there is also some good singing by one of the Negro boys who has a good voice. The Camille Trio, three acrobatic clowns, not only bring down the trapeze bars upon which they perform, but carry the house with them. They are a real scream in turning trapeze performing into a comedy.
