Cloninger stands out preeminently in his role as Lightnin Bill Jones. His leading lady, Mary Newton, as the beautiful divorcee, while taking a light part, does so in a commendable manner. Ray Clicord plays the friend of Lightnin as well as being an esteemed lawyer and he makes a big hit with the audience. Josephine Challen as Mildred Buckley and Lafayette Terry, as Ramond Thomas, the are exceptionally good and perform their roles in a stellar manner. May Roberts is adoring as mother and performs with artistry. Victor Jory makes an ideal jedge.: This show concludes tonight.
