The new metallurgical plant will be built of steel and concrete ,and when completed will cost The about $75,000. Considerable significance is attached to the announcement, owing to the large amount of second class ore the Silver King Coalition is producing, and Manager M. J. Daily is convinced the new mill addition will be a big asset to the company. Such a mill will treat fine sulphide ore and when put into operation, will reflect a material saving on all the second class product. Over 200 carloads of ore were shipped from Park City during the 4 1 A. D. 1925. There has been considerable demand in England during the past few years for a more widespread use of the telephone, and the Eastern Morning News of Hull recently discussed the telephone problem in an editorial entitled More Telephones! Calling attention to the fact that Great Britain stands relatively low among the countries of the world in the number of telephones inpeT thousand population, the writer quires why the United States, which stands conspicuously first in the teleoverphone field, should have such whelming superiority. One of the main reasons, the editorial suggests, why the telephone is not more extensively installed in this country (England) probably is that it is too dear to be really popular. It is also suggested that it is a quite a reasonable proposition that large percentage of the amazing digrowth of business in America is rectly traceable to the influence of the telephone. Today it is one of the foundations of civilized life in the United States. No man starts in busAn iness there without a telephone. American writer aptly says that a man who hasnt a telephone isn t in to business, and that a man who fails make the maximum use of his telephone does not stay In business. The economic results, thougji never formulated and seldom considered, are indiclear; that the efficiency of the vidual represented by work accomplished in raising by an enormous per centage.
