S. Bird of this city in recognition of her enthusiastic charitable work, her untiring work for the church and various organizations with which she is actively connected. It is said that she is the only woman in America upon whom such papal honors have been conferred, and it is certainly an honor to be proud of. . Miss Vivien Ellerbeck, daughter of Mrs. George Ellerbeck, and John Harold Greenwood, were married during the week, the matrimonial knot being tied by Bishop Arthur W. Moulton at St. Marks cathedral last Tuesday. The altar was beautifully decorated with flowers and a short but. impressive musical program was rendered. Mrs. M. M. Critchlow was matron of honor. Winifred Critchlow and Joan Critchlow were the flower girls. William Koch was best man, who met the party at the altar. William Igleheart and Dr. Maurice M. Critchlow, aPt Ellerbeck and A. J. Mays were the ushers. The couple have left for a motor trip to the northwest to spend their honeymoon. Miss Marjorie Wasson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George P. Wasson, was married to Dr. Martin Carl Lindem Tuesday evening at St. Marks ca- thedral, the ceremony being performed by Arthur W. Moulton of the Episcopal diocese of Utah. It was one of the most popular weddings of the season, both young folks being socially and extensively known. mi Robert W. Wasson and George F. Today the Citizens Military training camp will hold an outing at the resort and the public is invited to join the crowds in a right good time. On Sunday a vaudeville program of special merit has been provided. The s tiny actors, singers, musicians and dancers will give a splendid program with a wide variety of numbers. Each of the small performers can rightfully be called an infant prodigy. There are dramatic readers, soloists and dancers who will entertain with numbers which would do credit to much older performers. The most talented children of the city will appear on the program. Monday is Strand Market day. On Tuesday; July 1, the regular fox trot tournament will be held and two couples will be selected to compete in the finals to be held at Lagoon on August 26.
