J,een AL JOLSON COMING 1 A1 Jolson, inimitable entertainer, is at the Salt Lake Theatre in entitled his new musical extravaganza, In this new piece Jolson as "Bombo. of Bombo is the chief factotum Christopher Columbus, bacK m the Ferdinand and Queen days of King CoIsahella. Along with Christopher lumbus Bombo joins his master in the t discovery of a new world. The extravaganza is in two acts and fourteen scenes and over 150 persons are employed in the production. The cast includes among Huff, others, F. A. Beatie, Forrest Fritz! Von Busing, Janet Adair, Vera Kingston, Arline Gardiner, Harry Tur-- i Crane, Frank Holmes, pin, Harold Prank Bernard, Florence Gast, Joyce White, Jeanne Kay, the Wainwright sisters and Harry Sievers. Conference visitors and others who wish to see this play are advised to get their seats early as the advance sale indicates packed houses for every Residents : performance. I ; Cloninger has spared no expense in getting up this mammoth presentation. More than 100 people will take part in this great production. Curg Petersons popular orchestra has been augmented for the occasion. Mrs. Edna Ramsey Morris directed the choir which will sing and the dancers !for the production have been well .trained by the Christensen Dancing Academy in the old Green Room Garden of the Kenyon hotel. The girls have defeated no less than a dozen opposing teams in competition, and the boys of the college are also by the fair damsels. In a recent match with the University of California coeds the latter were defeated by over 100 points, the final score in a five girl team being 934 to 827 in favor of Utah. Not any of the A. C. girls scored below 90 while one of the California girls dropped down to 65. Looks like. the girls are going to make the best soldiers after all..
