Noble announced that in the hoop playoff to determine the fourth team, the runners-u- p of the central and the northern diviaion meet in the first 'round of the elimination on or before February 23, assuming that it will be determined by February 20 whether or not there will be any ties. The central district runner-u- p will act fosse team. The winner of the first play-o- ff will meet the runner-u- p of the southern division on March 2 and will act aa the home team.. At present the leaders mod runners-u- p in the three districts are: District 11 (northern), Uintah and Roosevelt: District 12 (central), Carbon and Central of Castle Dale; District 13, Green River and Bland- -- I of the schedule completed, Nrphi Gunderson, Carbon forward, is still at the top of the individual scoring column in District 12 with 78 points, fourteen more than his nearest rival, Moffitt of Central.
