Goetzman, president of Carbon-Eme- ry Fish and Game association, announces that approxi- the mately 20 stations have been established for the feeding of pheasants and quail in the two counties. All dtizena who know of a covey of birds not being fed are asked to advise the game body, so that the fowl may be taken care of. Wherever possible, every sportsman ia urged to cooperate in the feeding program, Inasmuch as the heavy snow Is making it difficult for the birds to obtain feed. According to Dr. Goetzman, the birds readily learn when to come far their feed. At one station, a whistle is sufficient to bring between 400 and 500 birds.
