Kurta, Judge Howell issued a decree of distribution, and made an order that when certain additional receipt for disbursement to the helm iff the estate are made by the administrator, J. H. Kurts, he shall be discharged from hit office and hie bondsmen released. The decree shows that the administrator has paid to the State of Utah the inheritance tax due and amounting to 1710.51, and baa paid all the fee of the attorneys in the case. It also awarde to him the sum of 1500 for hla services to the estate, and makes aa order that the cash remaining in the estate be divided equally among tbe eight heirs, tbe sum of $2,104.55 to each. The court then orders that the personal property belopg-lnto the estate, being stock tn a number of mining ventures, twenty shares of stock of tbe Utah 8tate Jourg nal and 111 ah area of the Ogden Canyon Sanitarium company, be transferred by J- - H.
