S. The question of what churge should ho booked against Jesse Thomas, who has been la the city Jail for the pat three weeks with no reason fur hla arrest on record, was settled today by the death of Prank Wilson, and the charge will be murder. Wilson was sent to the L. D. S. hospital with e wound thought to he fatal right after the row over a card game occurred in a Commercial avenue room, during which Wilson was shot by Thoms. While there was a hope for Wilsons recovery Thomss was held without charges being filed, as the nature of the offense would depend on whether or not the wounded man survived. For two weeks Wilson seemed to hold his own. Then suddenly he began to weaken, and Monday night took e decided turn for the worse. Yesterday his life hung by only n thread, and thla morning he passed away about 9 oclock. Dr. Baldwin was his physician, and he did all in his power to relieve his suffering. No arrangement for the funeral have yet been made.
