Most of tha complaints gainst them are sworn to by Patrolman W. W. Griffin, and the offenders are charged with going across the street Intersection at Main and Second South streets at an excessive rate of speed. The warrants were given to the policemen yesterday afternoon. Moat of them will probably be served thla morning and the offenders arraigned In police court this afternoon. The police have an accurate list of the numbers of the automobiles of speed ordinance violators, and Chief Pitt declares that all of the careless drivers will be arrested. Judge C. R.
