Buia-nyvl- lli' & Fullmsr, Alias Wardlsigh, Who Forged Money Order on Ogden Postoffice and Had it Cashtd, Must Anawsr to The Court In Jail to Await Trial. - In the federal court in Balt Lake yesterday an Indictment waa returned againt Ernest Fullmer, alias Ward-leigalia Dlalsdell, who nome days ago forged a money order on the Ogden postoffice and collected the money thereon and converted the same to hla own use. The Indictment contains two counts. The first is that of forgery and the second of cashing the order and ronverilng the money. He was arraigned and his bund fixed at $4(M), In default of which he was remanded to Jail to await trial. h, NO DECISION REACHED. The committee from the city council met with the Ogden Canyon Sanitarium company In the city hall this morning and discussed the repairing of the bridge and the rebuilding of the old dam. No decision was arrived at and the meeting adjourned until $ o'clock tonight.
