She is Mrs. Winn's mother. Terry, son of Della Dahlberg of Gusher, and Jaci, daughter of QueDell Tucker of Roosevelt, were married Oct. 8 at the West Stake Center in Roosevelt by Bishop Orlo Spencer. A reception followed the wedding. These young people will be making their home in Roosevelt . Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Horrocks spent three days last week at the Beverly Robison home in Rountiful. She was blessed and named Amie Jean last Sunday at Sacrament meeting in Ballard Ward hy her cousin, I.ynn Miller of Vernal. Her mother is an i'.tnsy Tryon. Nov. 12 is a special temple day for Ballard Ward. Company at the Ray Jordan home over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Tom Waetford of New Zealand and son James, who is attending RYU. Twenty years ago. while Jordan was on an I.DS mission to New Zealand he converted and baptized Mrs. Waetford and James. Waetford was already a member of the I,DS Church. Visitors at the Gordon Aumiller home over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Aumiller from Arizona, who are on their way to Florida to spend the winter. Mr. and Mrs. Rick Comeman of Salt Lake visited last week at the home of Lionel Webb. They had just returned from their honeymoon in Canada. Visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lee last weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Riley and Etta Redmond who was the Lee's for the first time in 40 years. She is Mrs. Lee's only living aunt from her mother's family. A wedding reception was held at the Duchesne Stake Center Friday for Tawyna Jean Horrocks and Timothy Doyle Burt. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shelton Glen Horrocks and Tim is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Burt. Mrs. Ella Sweat and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Carlson and some of their other children of Pleasant Grove came to visit Mr. and Mrs. Frank Defa Thursday. They came to pick pine nuts and get winter wood but the Defas were not home and it rained to hard to pick nuts or get wood. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lee went to Salt Lake Wednesday where Mrs. Lee kept an appointment with her doctor. They also visited family members. Mrs. Blanche Defa was released from the hospital after surgery last week. She stayed for a few days with her sister, Meda Hanson, then went to stay with her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Williams.
