Born June 12, 1888, in Vernal to John G. and Druzella Thompson Davis. On Sept 7, 1907, she married James C. Peterson in Vernal, Utah. The marriage waa solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on Sept. 26, 1907. They .made their home in Hayden, Utah where they lived untO 1923, when they moved to Roosevelt, Utah. Her husband, J. C. Peterson passed away April 14, 1925. After Mr. Peterson died she married John W. Pope on July 25, 1933. He died Sept 3, 1943. On June 3, 1944 she married Daniel A. Adams and moved to Dry Fork. They moved back to Vernal in 1956. Daniel A. Adams passed away Aug. 4, 1962. She was a life long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served many positions in the church including Relief Society and MIA. She was elected City Treasurer of Roosevelt, Utah and served for four years in that position. She helped to organize the Uintah Chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons and served in many positions including President She was a clerk at Ashtons Clothing Stine in Vernal for 10 years.
