Line with wax paper, allowing paper to extend 1 inch above pun. Crease paper. Beat butter, cream cheese and 12 cup sugar until fluffy. Blend in next three ingredients. Carefully lift out paper and rice. Keduce temperature to 350K. Bake 13 minutes longer. Cool in pan on wire rack 30 minutes. Lift out and cool completely. Spread bottom with preserves. Kill with fruit. Blend together last three ingredients; serve as sauce with shortcake. They visited with relatives here before returning to their home in Salt Lake. Leon and Gloria Mansfield and five children of Salt Lake visited here with a few days. Gloria and children remained here longer with her parents.
