Although the Duchesne County Mental Health Clinic has been in existence for nearly nine years, steps have recently been taken to bring greater service to profespeople of the county. A part-tim- e sional staff is now available through the clinic offices in Duchesne and Roosevelt to offer aid in all types of personal, family and marital problems. Arrangements were recently completed with the administrator of the Duchesne County Hospital to establish mental health clinic facilities in the basement of the hospital building. It is felt that such an arrangement will facilitate referrals from physicians, and provide for easier communications concerning patient needs. In order to make contact with who may need mental health services when the clinic is not open, a message box has been placed in the lobby of the hospital next to the business office. People desiring to see Mr. Harrison or Dr. Vincent are requested to either leave their name and telephone number in the locked box, or leave their telephone number with a secretary at the and asking hospital by calling that someone from the mental health clinic call their number. The Roosevelt office of the mental health clinic will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year, and only on Tuesdays during the summer. Bluebell. Allamont and Duchesne oil fields, over the weekend, according to Moon I.iko Electric Association Officials. Power nIcs were broken and blown over, limbs and trees blew down on the lines and wires were wrapped together, causing these outages. The Moon Lake crews were working on outages all during the weekend and in some rases all night, in an effort to get service restored. Donald 0. Rooks, president of Moon lake Electric, stated that he would like to thank their consumers for their patience and understanding during this troublesome period. The reason is that the country of Panama is an "S" shape and the Canal was cut diagonally across it, so that a ship not entering on the Atlantic side is actually on the west-a- nd the east side. It seems hard to believe, but a close look at a map shows that indeed the Atlantic entrance to the Canal is on the west side und the Pacific an the east side. Z. Kasller, Mountain Fuel president. The option expires at the end of 1974. The Properties involved, most of which are located in western Colurado, include 121 miles of main transmission lines, 54 miles of field gathering lines, and 7,250 h.p. of compression and gas purchase contracts, covering production of approximately 23 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, Mr. Hastier said. Mountain Fuel presently purchases natural gas from Cascade's Colorado-Utadivision, and receives the gas where the Cascade transmission line connects with Mountain Fuel's system near Bonanza, in Eastern Utah. Mountain Fuel is interested in possible purchases of the property because of the potential of stimulating more exploration and development work for new natural gas supplies in the western Colorado area, Mr. Kastler said. He noted that Mountain Fuel presently operates in northwest Colorado, but does not have direct access to the western area. Mountain Fuel is a fully integrated utility, which engages in all phases of the natural gas business, including exploration, production, transmission and distribution, along with producing much of the gas itself. It also purchases gas from other suppliers. Its purchases from Cascade began in 1965.
