Miss Murdock graduated from Union high school in 1973 with high scholastic honors. She was active in FHA, Future Business Leaders of America, Senior Class Officer. She was also a cheerleader and an officer of the Drill Team. She attended Brigham young University, where she was a member of the Ball Room Dance Team. At present she is Secretary for McNeil Jr. Duncan, CPA. Mr. Christensen graduated from Alta-mohigh school in 1972 where he was active in all sports and a He was president of the Letter-man'- s Club and also attended American Legion Boy's State. At present he is employed by Wyoming Mud Company. The young couple have set their date for May 31 and are planning to make their home in Roosevelt, for the present, and continue their education at UBEC. Sour Red Cabbage Vi cup peanut oil 2 Tbs. chopped onion 5 cups shredded red cabbage 1 teaspoon coarse salt 3 Tbs. white vinegar 2 Tbs. horseradish (undrained) 1 teaspoon sugar dash pepper Heat peanut oil in large skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Stir in the cabbage and toss lightly to coat evenly with the oil. Stir in the salt, and cook, covered over low heat, stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cabbage is tender. Combine vinegar, horseradish, sugar, and peper and stir into cabbage. Heat through, and serve hot. This is good with ham, sausage loaf, or boiled bacon. for March 22 Mr. and Mrs. Verl R.
