Combine with tuna, mushroom soup, parsley, hot sauce, onion and 1 egg in bowl. Mix well. Cut crusts off bread; keep slices equal in size. Spread each of 6 or 7 slices with slightly more than V6 cup of tuna filling. Top each w'ith second slice. Cut sandwiches diagonally in half. Place on greased cookie sheet; cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place in freezer 45 minutes. Combine remaining evaporated milk and 2 eggs. Beat well. Dip frozen triangles into egg mixture, then potato, chips. Place back on cookie sheet.
