Cabana Chutney V2 teaspoon cup brown sugar dry mustard 1 stick cinnamon Yz cup vinegar 4 whole cloves 2 tablespoons chopped Yz cup light raisins crystallized ginger 3 Cabana bananas J4 cup chopped onion Combine ingredients except bananas. Bring to a boil, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Peel and dice bananas; add to spicy syrup and simmer an additional 5 minutes. Cool. May be covered and stored in refrigerator several days. Makes about 1 pint. Serve with lamb, chicken or shrimp.
