Wins Turnpike Bid CHICAGO An underwriting syndicate headed by Blyth & Company was the successful bidder for $38,500,000 Turnpike Revenue Bonds (series 1954) of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, dated July 1, 1954 and maturing July 1, 1994, when sealed bids were opened today in the office of the Kentucky Commissioner of Highways at Frankfort, ' according to an announcement by Glore, Forgan & Company, fiscal advisors to the Kentucky Department of Highways.
