The report, which accompanies dividend payment No. 304, shows estimated fourth quarter profits of $292,860, raising the net income for the year to an estimated $1,040,616. This compares with a net of $1,161,562 last year. Dividend income was the com panys chief source of revenue during the year, totaling Dividends from Polaris Mining Company amounted to $505,800, from Sullivan Mining Company, $500,000, and from other companies, $77,9445. Income from other sources totaled $1,-083,7- $227,795. The dividend payment sent out with the report amounts to $200,000, or 20 cents a share. Directors limited the payment to the figure for the current quarter because of depressed metal prices, Matthews states.
