Snooze has gone Tiik Ohet Trial. The indictment of Oliver C. Obey for the killing of C. L. Dolson en the 25lh of June last, was brought up in tlie County Court this morning. Tbe jury were cinpanneled, and court adjourned to 2 p. m. At half past 2 p. m. the jury were attorworn, and the prosecuting ney read the indictment and gave a statement of the case. There were not more than a dozen spectators present and there seema to be little interest taken in the trial.
