Show THE PROGRESSIVE INDEPENDENT What Our System Means The Natural Development Accociation, Inc, is an organization organized under the laws of the State of Utah, with aims and purposes to take in all the activities of life, putting into operation ( system of distribution. We take the materials, commodities and sendees of earth and humanity, of which we have an abundance, and distribute them equitably to all members of the association according to their needs, regardless of position, station or birth. Each member must contribute more to the organization than he withdraws. WHAT ASSOCIATION IS The association is a business, industrial and social enterprise, in which each member has his or her respective job, vocation or industry to manage and be responsible for. The returns from all labors and activities are circulated for the benefit, growth and development of ALL.' Each member has in mind group or mass development instead of SELF. With the successful operation of the whole organization, by each individual doing his part, individual failure will be impossible. The successful operation of any system depends upon the united With the efforts of each individual. "In unity there is strength. united effort of our members and the assistance of Divine Guidance our success is assured. GROWTH AND RESULTS Since this association started operations there has been gradual, steady growth, and increased activities (Natural Development). Professional people. Barbers, Carpenters, Cleaners, Shoemakers, Mechanics, Laborers, etc, have had much more work and benefits from their efforts than they could have had without being connected with this organization. They have had more abundant life and they can see greater and brighter possibilities for the future. The commodities and services exchanged to date consisted mostly of surpluses, that otherwise would have been lost. The regular business of the members continues in the business world as before. This arrangement makes it easier to put the "Natural Development Association" into effect, because the business, industries, homes, etc, are already established. When we want new industries, instead of building from the ground, we go out and convert the owners or managers of the industry which is already established. They can see that unless something is done they will not have any business; as the financial, commercial world (Babylon) is crumbling, and they will be left out and finally suffer complete loss. It is easy for them to see the advantages of "Natural Government" and they are willing to join with their resources. ' DIVIDED WE FALL We have seen the unorganized material consisting of all of life's necesities in chaotic mess and humanity suffering in a fearful frightened conditjon. Our present system of merchandising has thrown us into a condition of STAGNATION. The same thing as happened with our social, educational, and economic system that would happen with the human body if the heart retained most of the blood that was pumped into it, and would refuse to circulate the life giving elements to the body; death would soon follow. Under a system of divided interests, the inevitable law will be obeyed Divided we Fall. The purpose of this organization is to take those unorganized materials, circulate and distribute them to those that produce them and are willing to work unitedly for the welfare of humanity. It is a system of CIRCULATION instead of our present system of STAGNATION. THREE CLASSES We have the materials and services divided into three classes. Gass "A" consists of services such as Barbers, Carpenters, Doctors, Dentists, Mechanics, Laborers, Instructors, Executives, etc., all of which are exchanged, without the use of money, on a debit and credit system. Class "B" consists of materials and commodities which are also exchanged as above. Gass C" consists, of commodities which we cannot produce within the group and for which we must pay cash, such as electricity, gas, telephone services, taxes, etc., as we have not as yet been succesful in converting these companies to our system. Our present-da- y system, places interest and profits above human welfare. One must show a profit and pay dividends or faiL We sell any surplus which is produced by the group for cash in order to buy what wo do not produce. VS. CAPITALISM We have organized and operate our company with headquarters in Salt Lake Gty. Connections are made with local established industries. We have members located on farms in the nearby farming and dairy districts and have learned that greater and faster progress can be made through these producers than by going into a new territory to be colonized and built from the ground, which would ostracise us from society and break up the homes of our members, as they are now located. Many people have thought it impossible to start as a institution in the midst of a community or city which is working under our Commercial system, but we find this greatly to our advantage' especially in view of the capitalistic system now crumbling. We can and do make contacts and deals that are better by far than to build and establish the buildings and industries ourselves. All we need to do is to organize the unorganized matter. This movement is NOT the United Order. The United Order was organized and operated many years ago under the then existing laws and conditions of the state which were a handicap to its permanent successful operation. The Natural Development Association, Inc.,M is organized under different laws, under different and more favorable conditions. It was organized to reach the ideal condition, when no money will be used or wages paid, and no taxes, rents, or debts will exist, no stocks or bonds will be sold. Every person who will register and work in harmony with the departments of Labor and Education will have all the necesities of life he is capable of using, for his own and community 1 benefit N L, but The Natural Development Association, Inc., is every member must subscribe to the principles of Christianity. It is a institution, upholding and sustaining temporal or business the Constitution of the United States which guarantees Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness to EVERY citizen. The warm sunshine or spring, of the dawn of Peace, Harmony and Equal Rights, is preparing the seed bed, warming the hearts of mankind to this realization: that the Author of Natures Laws works on natural principles and that if we ever want to enjoy the reign of peace looked forward' to by all Christians, we had better make a start, as the Master cannot and will not come to a world in such a chaotic mess. He came once under such conditions and they crusified him. If His laws are not obeyed destruction will be our doom. because we are proud of and sustain the Flag Yes, we and its stripes of Red, which symobilzes the blood spilt by our patriot fathers in defense of Peace, Truth, Justice and Equal Rights. In connection with all the fraiitiee of human nature he was supremely charitable. The only ones he ever judged harshly, or ever really condemned, so far as we have any record, were those who bound burdens on other mens back who never raised even a finger to make them lighter, who sought ever to gain advantages at another's disadvantage, who oppressed or who robbed the people. When we put forth restraining hands to hold in check or to drive completely out of business men who rend andear the flesh from other men, simply that they may gorge themselves, not that they need food, then we will manifest somewhat the wisdom and insight that were manifested by him, who understood so fully our common human nature that he was all compasion and forgivenness for all save those who oppressed, who made burdens heavier, who sought for advantage to anothers disadvantage.
