Articles of Incorporation of the William' W. Burton ft Sons company were filed with the county clerk today. The company Is organised to manufacture, buy, sell and dispose of all kinds of merchandise, farm and dairy products, general "Wholesale and retail merchandising business, with headquarters iri Ogden and a branch at Afton, Wyoming, with provision for the establishment of branches at other places when necessary. The company Is capltallxed for with shares at the par value of $100 each, $75,000 of which have been already subscribed. The officers of the company are: William W. Burton, president; Joseph F. Burton, A meeting of the Ogden Canyon Hot Springs company was neid yesterday afternon at which a settlement of all differences waa effected, and the announcement Is made that work Is to be resumed on- the resort In a few days. The settlement was effected in the way of a reorganisation under the name of the Ogden Canyon Sanitarium company, which absorbs all the interests of the old company. All stockholders of the old company are to surrender stock and upon payment of $15 per share in addition will receive stock In the new company. The officers of the new company are R. C. The festival given Inst night by the alumni of the Ogden high school In the assembly hall of the high school building was a grand success. This is the first festival of the kind given by the alumni, and those who contributed at all to the success of the entertainment did themselves proud. The president of the alumni.
