That there ia hereby granted to the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, ths right to place and maintain pcla auil wires with the arrnB, braces and other fixtures necessary 1 hereunto, over and upon the streets, alleys, and public ways of said city, for the purpose of supplying to the public, communication by telephone or other improved electrical device. In consideration whereof, the said Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone company do hereby agree to allow the said city to attach at auy time to any of said poles the citys Fire Alarm or Police vires; provided, the same shall be placed and maintained so as not to interfere with said Com- -' panys use, and under the direction of said Companys manager in said city.
