The proceedings opened at 2 oclock in the afternoon in the opera house, and consisted of literary exercises, danciog.- - and refresh menu. Bishop R. Cobley of Pleasant Grove offered prayer, which was followed by daneing aud social converse. John Peters sang a song entitled "Building Castles in the Air. James Gledhill of Lehi gave a reading entitled "The Twolve Iiun dred, which created considerable enthusiasm. An interesting feature was an war dance, executed by Chas.
