For the two-yeterm commissionership, George B. Taylor of Farr West, Ilenry L. Jensen of Pleasant View, Willard Carver of Plain City, Robert A. Moyes, of Ogden; Alex Carlson, of Riverdale, and John W. Wilcox, of Ogden, were Mr. placed before the convention. Jensen was nominated on the third ballot. Four women were placed before the convention. They were Miss Maud West, Mrs. Josephine Farr Olson (incumbent), Miss Elea Folkman and Mrs. Ethel Willis, all of Ogden. On the fifth ballot, Mrs. Olson and Mrs. Willis were the only ones remaining, and Mrs. Willis won by a vote of 158 to 116.
