Dee and small son, Thomas, departed Tuesday for Kansas City to spend the holidays with her mother and sister, Mrs. C. B. Teller and Mrs. Helen Sigler. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Leslie returned Tuesday from a six weeks' stay in California. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wright and Arthur Wright departed during the week for Los Angeles to epend the holidays with Mrs. Arthur Wright and family who are spending the winter months in California. Mr. and Mrs. William Rice Kimball entertained at a dinner party Saturday evening in compliment to Dr. E. R. Dumke, the occasion being his birthday anniversary. Mrs. James R. Cooper departed Thursday for Olanthe, Kansas, to visit her sister, Mrs. Frances Hatche-so- n. She will spend two months in Kansas visiting friends. Before returning to Ogden Mrs. Cooper will go on east to visit friends in New York, Washington and other eastern cities. Captain and Mrs. Everett M. Graves spent Sunday in Salt Lake, and were the dinner guests of Major and Mrs. James Gillespie. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph D. Roberts and son, Ralph, will leave Friday for Los Angeles by motor to spend the holidays. Mr. and Mrs. !L F. Irwin will leave Friday for Los Angeles by motor to spend two weeks. Mrs. Nelson A. Lockwood and daughter, Irene, have returned from San Francisco where they spent several months visiting friends and relatives. Miss Janet Farnsworth, who' is attending the university of Nebraska at Lincoln will spend the Christmas holidays with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. C. L Farnsworth at Omaha. W, H. Reeder, Jr., departed Thursday for Los Angeles to spend the Christmas holidays with his son, Billy, who is attending the university of California In Los Angeles.
