The town was aroused at day brrak by the firing of salutes. At ten oclock the people gathered at the meeting house, where an interesting program was rendered. Attorney David As Stinp of Ogden was the orator of the day. At 2:00 p. m, the crowd gathered on the town square, where the afternoon was spent in different sports, A grand hall in the open air pavilion closed the dayi festivities. On Wednesday evening the Hooper orchestra gave another of their special feature dances, which was well attended and much enjoyed by the young people.
