Da-vi- ar Weber College Notes Judging from the enthusiastic comments on last week's assembly we have much to thank the Sempre Musical club for one of the most delightful programs of the year. The first numltcr on the program was a selection by Mrs. Cleone Rich Ecrles, violin; Mrs. Avon Rich Smart, cello; and Mrs. Ethel Hillabrant, piano. Mrs. Faye King Whitmeyer then favored us with two songs. The next number was a piano solo by Mrs. Lor-n- a 's Jenkins Draper. Mrs. Frank two songs were enthusiastically received. The trio then favored us with another selection. After a piano solo by Mrs. Carrie Browning the assembly adjourned. Friday. April The Sophomore class held a meeting Monday morning in which various subjects were discussed. Miss Carma Francis, class president, urged the students of the sophomore class to donate at least one volume each to the school library before graduation. A pledge was drawn up and passed among the students. Every sophomore who signed, pledged himself to give one or more books. Another matter that was settled was the choosing of the class pins. Mr. Roland Manning, class secretary, took charge of this business, and the pin finally decided on will be a gold block W set with thirteen pearls, and fitted with a gold 28 as a guard. The pins will be ready early in May. 9 Frank Robinson and Frank Rose were back in school again Monday.
