Vote for For Commissioner My greatest desire, if elected mayor of Ogden, is to be in a position to most effectively plan for a greater city and do my utmost to inspire in the people of Ogden faith in the future of this community. With less emphasis on our shortcomings and more devotion to the bigger things operating to make Ogden a place worth while, this city can go forward. I am here to serve wherever the people may see fit to place me. Not only the people of Ogden must be urged to greater things, but Ogden must be made to impress itself on those who visit this city or are within reach of its influence. IIow is that to be accomplished except by the bending of all the energy of the community to that purpose. The mayor can do much in that direction, for to him a certain degree of leadership is given. It is not for me to say to what extent 1 might inspire a finer hope or a bigger outlook, but I do say my heart is in that work and, if elected, I might serve to good purpose. FRANK FRANCIS.
