The combinations offered are as follows : labor-savin- es (i) Lighting, cooking and domestic appliances (b) Lighting, refrigeration snd domestic appliance (c) IJrh.ing, refrigeration, rooking anJ domestic appliances (d) Lighting, cooking, water hratin X d domestic appliances Lighting, cooking, refrigeration, water heating and domestic appliances. The above rates are bo cQnsructed that all current is furnished through a single meter () and under. a single rate and all current in excess of the minimum bill is furnished at cost, namely, 4.5c in the refrigeration rate, very low kilowatt-hou- r for fuel and 2 Vic for water heating. The minimum bill is based on the number of principal rooms in the hotc and includes in all cases a quantity of current which makes the highest net cost to all consumers using the full quantity of current allowed under the per kilowatt-hou- r minimum bill in Salt Lake City and Ogden approximately Gc and in outside territory approximately 7c. Under these rates the cost of current to the average consumer using lighting and cooking or other combination services, will be under 4c per kilowatt-houand for consumers who will use all services the average rate will be substantially under 3c per kilowatt-houThese rates are optional with the consumer, who may elect to receive service under them if they work out to his advantage, or to retain the present rates if that is to his advantage.
