H. Peery. In connection with the big picture a special reel showing activities of Ogden Much boy scouts will be shown. This reel was taken in Lester park about three weeks ago by Joseph P. Shurtliff, local camerman for the news weeklies. The pictures have been prepared and have been exhibited at the Egyptian to the scout masters of Ogden. The pictures are very good. The story of A Regular Scout is made with several hundred boy scouts. It sets forth the rules of a scout and following the creed end rules 'makes the man. It is said' the youngster who does not belong to the boy scouts will surely do so the morning after he sees the picture. Paul Thompson, a prominent newspaper writer and critic, reviewed the - picture and he says; After seeing "a Regular Scout I can understand more clearly why the star enjoys the vogue which he undoes throughout the questionably country, and also cannot understand why his Broadway appearances or those of his pictures are so rare. It seems to me that Fred Thomson the westerns." By this I mean there are all the thrills of the others in horsemanship, physical courage as well as moral, a section of a spectacular rodeo, a wonder horse, an always interesting and compelling story and then some. Of the stars clear-cpersonality there is no question nor his appeal to movie fans of any sex or age. In this particular picture he has an always interesting and ingenious tie-u- p with the boy scouts so that they figure throughout out-wester- ns ut the- - entire latter part of the story and play a legitimate and important Sunday : - Denny Hits Laugh Limit in New Picture, The Cheerful Fraud Sensational Racing Drama Summer Bachelors to be Seen at Egyptian Every !
