Civilian of Week Taking the Seagull spotlight as ‘‘featured civilian’ this week is Mrs. Eva Moyers, supervisor of the Requisition and Order Section, who is now completing her seventh year in Civil Service. Mrs. Moyers has been with the Navy five of these seven years as an employe of the Bureau of Supplies and Accounts in Washington, D. C., at San Diego, Calif., and at Clearfield. Section Grows She came to NSD on February 13, 1943, as supervisor of Requisition and Order Section of Stock Control Division of Incoming Stores Group. During this time the section has grown from a staff of one employe to 15. All requests for material cometo the Stock Control Division where the decision is made as to the method of purchase. Materials and equipment to be obtained by requisition under an existing contract or by shipment request are handled within the Requisition and Order Section.
