Show i , page C4 Davis County Clipper 1997 Tuesday, January 21 , Utah State Tax Commission has rolled 3 forms into one booklet Whether you file a short, long or EZ federal income tax form, in Utah this year you will be filing the tax form. The Utah State Tax Commission has rolled its three individual income tax forms into one A The Schedule should be used by those who have Utah income r but who are nonresidents, residents, or who have paid income tax to another state. It iso contains worksheets to calculate special tax benefits for under and Utahns. In redesigning the booklet, the Tax Commission has attempted to eliminate its number-on- e taxpayer error pulling the wrong tax due TC-40- part-yea- booklet. That means the booklet that arrives in your mailbox this month is the only booklet youll need! There will be no more trips to the post office or library, searching for additional state income tax booklets or forms, said Tax Commission spokesperson Janice J. Perry. The new TC-4- 0 booklet contains all the standard tax forms and instructions youll need. The new form will be used by all Utah income-ta- x filers, whether last year they filed short forms, long forms, nonresident tax returns.
