Even with the Wolves leading by 16 points in the first quarter, the Thunderbirds thundered back to take over the lead which seemd to knock the confidence out of the young pack and fewer shots started to go through the hoops for the Wolves. The pups went from shooting 58 percent in the first quarter to 25 percent in the fourth quarter. Mike Hansen played well with 13 points, seven steals and five assists. Rebounding again was a big problem. Milfords Mark Yardley at 6 ft. 3 and John Dutson at 6 ft. 6 hurt the Wolves on the boards getting 14 and 10 rebounds respectuvely.
