Also attending the open house were Mr. and Mrs. Chad Nelson and Mr. and Mrs. Ruel Nelson, Salt Lake City. Margaret Nelson came home for the occasion. She has been in Garland with her daughter, Virgie and Ledro Anderson, in Las Vegas with Dr. and Mrs. Don Christensen, and in Mesquite with Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Hafen. Mrs. Patrida Noble, Salt Lake City, came FYiday and visited her mother, Emma and Ken great-grandso- Hales, dt dt Sa-lin- a; City. Gordon and Jeraldine Hobbs, Norwalk, Calif., came to get her mother, Mrs. Nora Hansen. They took their daughter, Lorraine Hobbs, to the Missionary Training Center. She is going to Equador on a mission. Before entering the center, the family went through the Logan Temple and were dinner guests afterwards of Mr. and Mrs. Loyal Hansen in Smithfield Tuesday. W ednesday, they went through the South Jordan Temple, and Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Watts, Murray, hosted an open house for Lorraine at their home. Lorraines brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Hobbs and son, Huntington Beach, Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn Hobbs, La Habra, Calif., were here and with them. They have a sister, Janice, who is on a mission in the Dominican Republic. They visited Noras nephew, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Western at Spring Dell in Provo' Canyon and at Mt. Timpanogos. In Hyde Park near Smithfield, they visited Dr. and Mrs. Morris Taylor, Gordons sister. Gordon and Jeraldine and family also attended a Hobbs family reunion up Provo Canyon. They brought her mother home and left for their home Sunday night. Mrs. Dick (Carol Ann) Russel, Salt Lake City, were visiting her mother, Mrs. Edris Mickelsen, and her sister, Manon, over the weekend. Jay and Doris Christensen had their family together recently. They all spent four days at Lake Powell. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Christensen and family came from Rohnert Park, Calif. ; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Christensen and family, Salt Lake City; Scott and Carol Lee Johnson and son, Aurora; Allen and Louise Jensen and family, and Ross and Kathy Hill and son. Lt. and Mrs. Ross Hill and baby left here for Del Rio, Tex. He is at Laughlin Air Force Base, and they will be there a year. Bronzel and Rula Pickett, Jerry and Eva Mae Pickett and family, and Glen and LeAnn Pickett and family went to Salt Lake City Saturday at Eugene and Sandra Thomas in Riverton. They had a barbeque at Riverton Park that evening. Sunday, they attended church for the naming of their baby. Eugene named her Jennifer Sandra. They hosted dinner at their home afterwards. Also attending were Preston and Carolyn Pickett and Lynn and Karen Peterson and their families, Salt Lake City.
