Dillon is a graduate of BYU with a BS degree in Youth Leadership. He is Woodbadge trained, a vigil member of the Order of the Aarow, an Eagle Scout and has previously worked for the Utah National Parks Council at Camp Maple Dell for several summers. Dillon and his wife Marilyn are the parents of two girls, Annette, 3 and Jaclyn, 2. They are planning to make their home in Elsinore. He says he is excited to be back in the Utah area and especially to be serving one of the best and strongest supporting areas of Scouting in the State.
