Spending Tops Utah Income State expenditures in Utah exceeded state revenue by $36 million last year. This was pointed out in an analysis of state finances for 1980 prepared by Utah Foundation, the private tax research organization. The Foundation study shows that general revenue in Utah during the 1980 fiscal year totaled $1,410,038,000, while state ex- penditures amounted to $1,446,038,000. Aerobic exercises have basically three steps, she said. First there is warm up, which usually involves a series of stretching exercises (similar to what many athletes use to warm up). Then there is a high intensity period, where students go through the often vigorous exercises. And finally, theres a cool down period. What do parents think of the program? Ogden said she has yet to hear of any complaints. And what about the students? Ogden said most have been enthusiastic about it, but there are always some that do not' like it. Those students, she said, are those that generally do not get too excited about anything. Sixth grader Larry Christensen said that when the program first started, thought he it was kind of girlish.
