This tax is levied and assessed at an equal and uniform rate on such property in accordance with the linear front footage thereof and to the full depth of each such parcel of real property held in the same ownership but not exceeding 214.5 feet in depth, and as to the undivided tracts, not to any greater depth than the average distance subdivided real estate is taxed for the same improvement.
