"This year, a new program has been designed, teachers trained, and funds provided which make it possible to take the program to pulmonary disease patients in many rural areas of Utah," Dr. Brough said. Skilled teachers who are experts in pulmonary disease e rehabilitation will teach 13 skills that will help you cope better with your chronic breathing problem.
