LAYTON - The Layton High School cheerleaders competed in the Miss Dance Drill Team USA Pageant competition held in March in Long Beach, Calif. They placed first in the showstunt division and fourth in the songleading division. During the summer the cheerleaders attended a UCA Elite camp held at Weber State University where they received straight superior ribbons and placed third overall. At the camp two squad members. . Heather Morley and Kristie Miner, were awarded All-St- cheerleaders. ; Heather are members Squad Morley, head cheerleader, and Erin Adams, Chelsea Baird, Danyle Bates, Ashley Detro; Ashlee Eckersley, Lyndsey Felt, April Johnson, Noel Lloyd, Brooke Lythgoe, Kristie Miner, Kodi Murdock, Laurie Pritchett, Brooke Schrauth, Camie Treasure and Lindsay Ward.
