I never lived in the house, but I helped clean it a lot, especially when people moved. She said they sold the land in about 1968, dividing the home from the farmland and selling the acreage. The house has been sold at least seven times since then, with each family doing their own remodeling. Siding has been added and the house has been modernized. Among the known owners in later years were a family named Roskel-lJan Keyes, Tad Day, Paul Hoskins, Robert OBrien, and Daniel Merry. Several other families rented the house.
