I know this is a burger town and people need to know we still have good burgers but we have good Chinese food too. Susan is not afraid of hard work. She opens the restaurant from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day except Sundays and then goes home to care for her fami- plans open house ly. She said she doesnt mind the work but because this is her first venture, she would like to make it successful. I told my husband, I know I can do it. Let me try. The Little Hong Kong has only been open for 3 months and Susan boasts that the prices are reasonable and the food is good. Last August, the cabinet shops two main buildings were gutted by fire that started in the spray room when some fumes ignited. The employees were on a break and no one was injured. The fire has cost North Davis Cabinets just under $100,000 in renovations, since no insurance was carried. But that hasnt stopped this business.
