The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry E. Heath of Kaysville. The parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. J. Garth Thompson of Manhattan, Kan. A reception was held in their honor that evening at the Heath residence in Kaysville. An open house was held on Saturday, Aug. 22, at the Thompson residence in Manhattan. Attending the bride as maid of honor was Valori Christensen with Julie Thompson and Holly Heath, sisters of the couple, as bridesmaids. Brothers of the bride, John Heath and Morgan Heath, served as ushers with brother of the bridegroom, Nathan Thompson, as best man. Gladys Collier, grandmother of the bride and Naomi Coates and Mr. and Mrs. William Howard Thompson, grandparents of the bridegroom were guests of honor. The bride is a graduate of Davis High School and Kaysville Seminary. She is attending Brigham Young University.
